Stepping Back in time
My culinary journey began at the esteemed Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, New York, where I earned my first degree in Baking & Pastry Arts in 2009. After graduation, I launched Corsino Cakes, a custom cake studio in the Hudson Valley that became known for turning fondant into sculptural masterpieces. I would return to CIA in 2019 to complete my graduate degree in Food Business.

From small beginnings to the national spotlight
From specialty cakes to the national stage: I’ve competed on the Food Network multiple times, including most recently on “Spring Baking Championship” (Season 7), baking my way into the public’s heart with edible storytelling. Previously I have made completed and made appearances on Food Network Challenge, Sugar Dome, and Buddy Vs. Duff.

My passion for education
But more than a little of sugar and eggs, my heart has always been in teaching—and that passion brought me to California. For the past several years, I’ve been shaping future foodies as an educator at Healdsburg High School, Santa Rosa Junior College, Napa Valley College, and even my alma mater, CIA’s California public programs.
Whether it’s mastering a croissant lamination or understanding hospitality finance, I believe every lesson is a chance to rise, just like a well-proofed dough.
